The Evolv with Swadhin Fit 7-Day Challenge is open to individuals aged 18 and above. By signing up, you confirm that you are medically fit to participate in fitness activities.

Intellectual Property

All content provided during the challenge, including but not limited to workouts, guides, and communication, is the intellectual property of Evolv with Swadhin. Redistribution or duplication without explicit permission is prohibited.

Code of Conduct

Participants must engage respectfully in all group activities and communications. Any inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the challenge without a refund.

Liability

Evolv with Swadhin and its representatives are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in the challenge. Participants assume all risks associated with physical activity.
