Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Start

If you wish to cancel your registration, you must notify us via email at least 48 hours before the challenge start date to qualify for a full refund.

Cancellation After Start

Once the challenge begins, cancellations are not permitted, and no refunds will be issued.

Discretionary Exceptions

Exceptions to this policy may be considered for unforeseen circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies) at the sole discretion of Evolv with Swadhin. Documentation may be required.
